  • XML applications, particularly EAD

    A variety of services is available, from encoding paper or electronic finding aids to creating or revising stylesheets for HTML output.

  • Digital Project Planning and Management

    Services include help in creating Requests for Proposals, planning for digitization projects, and working with vendors to digitize objects and create descriptive metadata.

  • CONTENTdm

    Consultations are available to help you use CONTENTdm in an effective manner, whether for your first collection or 20th. Consultations could include but are not limited to analyzing workflows, dealing with specific formats, or customizing the public interface. Provided in a variety of levels from three hours of contact time. More comprehensive consultations may include on-site consultation.

    The base consulting package would include 3 hours of contact time and a final report.

  • Integrated Library System Migration

    An analysis of bid documents, such as a Request for Information or Request for Proposals, includes an examination of your current document(s) and recommendations to improve them. More comprehensive consultations are available and may include help in writing the bid document(s) or analyzing the results.

    The base consulting package would include 3 hours of analysis and a final report.

  • Online Presentation

    Consultations are available to help you prepare for an online presentation, whether for a meeting or conference. Consultations include becoming familiar with the online environment to be used, how to interact with your audience, and options for displaying material. Provided in a variety of levels from three hours of contact time. More comprehensive consultations may include aiding in the development of the content, materials used, or providing support during the online session.

    The base consulting package would include 3 hours of contact time.

  • Technology Planning

    Technology planning consultations are available in a variety of levels, from a three-hour analysis of your current technology plan to a more comprehensive consultation that may include aiding in the development of goals and objectives, meeting with stakeholders, and updating the plan itself.

    The base consulting package would include 3 hours of analysis and a final report.

  • Website Accessibility

    We perform a customized accessibility report of your library’s website, including HTML validation, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Section 508, spelling errors, and broken links. A basic report is intended for websites of up to 100 pages. More comprehensive reports and/or consultations are available and may include aiding the library in making the changes necessary for an accessible website.

    The base consulting package would include approximately 3 hours of analysis and a final report.
